01 产品概况

U20K-852H超声立式加工中心机床X、Y、Z三轴采用滚柱线轨,Z轴无配重平衡结构,整机高速高精,稳定可靠。超声波振动主轴及大功率大扭矩数字超声波控制辅助系统;可大幅度提高生产效率、产品质量,降低了生产成本,尤其是高精密加工,微小加工、复杂材料加工时,能成倍提高生产效率和良品率。该机床适用于形状复杂零件、难加工金属材料(如高温合金)、陶瓷材料(如氧化铝)、光学材料(如光学玻璃)、复合材料(如碳纤维)等的高效加工。

02 性能优势

• 床身及主体结构:机床整体为C形结构,采用人字大跨距立柱结构,底座与立柱结合面跨距达1210mm,Y轴同样采用大跨距设计,跨距达800mm,机床的稳定性及精度保持性高。配合箱型滑台及底座,使得机床具有良好的刚性;铸件采用高强度铸铁,有效抑制加工过程中切削力导致的变形及应力;

进给机构:X、Y、Z轴采用线轨结构,Z轴线轨采用三组滑块结构,整机针对高速、高刚性专门设计,丝杠固定结构采用全新一面一销定位方式,极大的提高了轴向刚性及刚性保持性,三轴快速进给达48m/min;交流伺服电机与高精度预拉伸大导程滚珠丝杠直接传动,使得各轴移动快速平稳顺畅,机床具有恒久的精密度;

主轴系统:采用大功率大扭矩超声波主轴,锥孔BT40,无碳刷导电,波形频率可实现1000-3000W功率输出;示波器可以实时监控波形、频率;主轴最高转速8000r/min,有效地保证零件精度及粗糙度;

刀库:采用圆盘刀库,质量可靠,性能稳定。刀库采用机械手换刀,刀库容量为24把刀,换刀时间快;

防护:机床采用符合安全标准的防护,既防止冷却液飞溅、又保证操作安全。

系统配置:机床标配置 FANUC 0i-MF 或西门子数控系统、华中数控、性能可靠优良。

The U20K-852H Ultrasonic Vertical Machining Center features roller linear guideways on the X, Y, and Z axes, with a counterweightfree structure on the Z axis, ensuring high speed, high precision, and high stability and reliability. Equipped with an ultrasonic spindle and a highpower, hightorque digital ultrasonic control auxiliary system, the machine significantly improves production efficiency and product quality while reducing manufacturing costs. In particular, for highprecision machining, micromachining, and processing of complex materials, it can multiply both productivity and yield. The machine is suitable for the efficient processing of complexshaped parts, difficulttocut metal materials (e.g., hightemperature alloys), ceramic materials (e.g., alumina), optical materials (e.g., optical glass), and composite materials (e.g., carbon fiber).

Machine structure: The machine has a Cframe configuration, featuring a herringbone, widespan column structure. The contact span between the base and the column is 1210 mm. The Y axis also adopts a widespan design with a span of 800 mm, ensuring high stability and longterm accuracy retention. Together with the boxtype slide and base, the machine exhibits excellent rigidity. Castings are made of highstrength cast iron, effectively suppressing deformation and stress caused by cutting forces during machining.

Feed drive system: The X, Y, and Z axes adopt linear guideways, with the Zaxis guideway using three slide blocks. The machine is specifically designed for high speed and high rigidity. The screw fixation employs a new “one face, one pin” locating method, greatly improving axial rigidity and its retention. The three axes achieve a rapid traverse of 48 m/min. AC servo motors directly drive highprecision, pretensioned, largelead ball screws, resulting in fast, smooth, and steady axis movement, providing longlasting precision.

Spindle system: The machine is equipped with a highpower, hightorque ultrasonic spindle (taper BT40) featuring brushless and contactless conduction, with a power output adjustable from 1000 to 3000 W by waveform frequency. An oscilloscope enables realtime monitoring of waveforms and frequency. The spindle’s maximum speed is 8000 r/min, effectively ensuring part accuracy and surface finish.

Tool magazine: Disctype tool magazine, reliable and stable performance. Tool change is performed by a tool change arm; magazine capacity is 24 tools, with fast toolchange time.

Machine guard: Full safetystandard guarding prevents coolant splash and ensures safe operation.

Control system: The machine comes standard with either FANUC 0iMF, Siemens CNC, or Huazhong CNC, all featuring reliable and excellent performance.
